Budget and Treasury Office is politically led by Councillor Temba Patric Tsoaeli and administratively led by Chief Financial Officer- Jack Thando Mdeni. CFO is assisted in managing the department by four managers responsible for different sections within the department: Manager Income and Expenditure – Bukelwa Dlodlo; Manager Budget, Planning, Monitoring, Financial Statement & Reports – Funeka Mbaliswana; Fleet and Asset Management – Sisa Mveku and Manager Supply Chain Management- Hlubikazi Mduzulwana. The office is committed to its mandate of providing a comprehensive financial management and advisory services to Council and all ELM departments. Finance department supports the Integrated Development Plan of Council through the achievement of a sound and sustainable financial environment from which Council can deliver services to all citizens of ELM.
